3D digital twin

Load a glTF model of the line and bind its parts to live tags — so the twin is driven by the plant instead of drifting away from it.

An isometric plant model with live callouts, beside the panel binding each part channel to a tag.

The 3D viewer is a first-class widget, not an export. Import a glTF or GLB model, bind materials, visibility, transforms and animations to namespace values, and drive the scene from the same data the trends and alarms use.

Camera positions are saved as views, parts are selectable and highlightable, and animation rigs let a valve or a conveyor actually move with the process. Because it binds to the namespace rather than to a separate model, the twin cannot silently fall out of step with production.

What you get

  • glTF / GLB model import with asset optimisation
  • Bind visibility, transform, material and animation to live tags
  • Saved camera views and part selection
  • Animation rigs driven by process values
  • Shares the namespace with screens and pipelines — one model, not two
