Every report is read by the engineers who build the product. Reporting needs a free account so you get a reference number and can follow what happens to it — it takes a moment and gives you nothing else to manage.
A good report answers three questions: what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. If you can give us steps that reproduce it, you have done most of the work of fixing it.
Why you need an account
A bug report is a conversation, not a suggestion box. Signing in means the report gets a reference you can quote, we can come back to you for the detail that is always missing, and you can see whether it was fixed. Creating an account takes a few seconds and needs nothing but an email address.
