Pricing
Licensed per server. Never per tag.
Add a signal, a screen or an operator and the price does not move. Add a server, and it does. That is the whole model.
Perpetual licensing
Build the licence you actually need
Buy it once and keep the version you bought. Tick the modules your plant needs and we will quote for exactly those — licensing is per server, so adding signals, screens or operators never moves the number.
Unlimited on every edition
The licence is per server. Adding signals, people or screens never changes it.
- Tags per server
- We do not count your tags. Ever.
- Concurrent clients
- Every operator, on every device.
- Screens and dashboards
- Build as many as your plant needs.
Questions
Licensing questions, answered plainly
How is QUBIQ licensed?
Per server, not per tag or per client. One licence covers unlimited tags, unlimited concurrent clients and unlimited screens on that server. You add licences when you add servers, not when you add signals.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Download and run the full platform without a licence key, against your own equipment, for as long as your evaluation takes. You license it when it goes into production.
Is the licence really perpetual?
Yes. You buy a version and keep the right to run it indefinitely. Annual maintenance covers upgrades and support and is optional after the first year — if you stop paying it, the software you already have keeps running.
What is not included in a quote?
Quoted figures are list prices excluding VAT, sales tax, withholding tax and any local duties, which depend on where you are. They also exclude implementation work, training and third-party hardware. Your written quote states the final amount.
What support comes with a licence?
Standard includes email support. Plant adds a shared channel with the engineers who build the product, so you are talking to the people writing the code rather than a first-line queue. Custom agreements set response targets in contract.
Not sure what you need?
Tell us how many servers and which protocols you are dealing with and we will price the smallest thing that works. We are not incentivised to oversize it.
